Dr Robert Stephens MB BS FACD
Dr Robert is the founding dermatologist and a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. He has been appointed as a spokesperson/ advocate for the college since 2017. He received his specialist qualification in 2000. He is also a member of the American, British, European and Canadian Associations of Dermatologists. He has a special interest in photodynamic treatment of skin cancer, and developed a more effective treatment protocol which incorporates intense pulsed light. He also has special interest in skin cancer imaging and vascular laser. He has published works in imaging and in non-invasive treatment and has regularly been invited to present his work overseas. This includes World Congresses in Milan (2019) and in Singapore (2023).

Dr Leith Banney MB BS FACD
Dr Leith is an Australian and UK trained specialist dermatologist. In addition to her Australian training, she has trained at The Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh and at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where she later worked as a consultant. She has been training Australian dermatology registrars since 2009 and is the current Head of Dermatology at Sunshine Coast University Hospital in Queensland.
Dr Banney is available for consultations in the comfort of your home via a secure videolink. Should you need a biopsy or “on-ground” treatment like phototherapy or laser, she will organise this at our Rouse Hill rooms.

Dr Darius Adybeik MD FSCCA
Dr Darius has over 15 years experience in skin cancer medicine & surgery and is a listed physician at the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse in Camperdown. He holds the Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer from the Australasian College of Dermatologists and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland. Darius has trained under plastic, reconstructive & dermatological surgeons on the Gold Coast, QLD and at St Johns Institute of Dermatology in London. He has outstanding surgical skills and has co-authored many publications on skin cancer including the important data paper on biphasic PDT for BCC.

Dr Raj Rajalingam, MBBS BSc(Med)(NSW), MMed, MSc, Dip Derm
Dr Raj joined our practice in April 2026. He is a senior lecturer and a coordinator of the Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer program at the University of Queensland. He was educated at James Ruse Agricultural High School and graduated in medicine at the University of NSW in 2003. He brings over 15 years of experience in skin cancer management and holds multiple postgraduate qualifications in skin cancer, including a Master of Medicine and a Master of Science, earned in Australia and at the University of Graz in Austria.
Renowned for his exceptional surgical abilities, Dr Raj also dedicates his free time to teaching other doctors both within Australia and internationally.
